1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SafePark Lock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

SafePark Lock is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that:

  • Allows users to register vehicles
  • Enables time-based vehicle exit restrictions
  • Integrates with parking and security systems

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account
  • Notify us of unauthorized use

4. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass system controls
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with system operations

5. Vehicle Lock Functionality

  • Lock periods are based on user input or operator configuration
  • Administrators may override locks when necessary
  • Functionality depends on integration with third-party systems

SafePark Lock does not guarantee absolute prevention of theft or unauthorized activity.

6. Operator and Customer Roles

  • Operators/Admins: manage facilities and system controls
  • Customers: register vehicles and manage lock periods

Operators may access relevant data within their facilities.

7. Third-Party Systems

SafePark Lock relies on third-party systems including:

  • LPR systems
  • Gate hardware
  • Parking infrastructure

We are not responsible for failures or inaccuracies of these systems.

8. SMS Terms

By opting in to SMS communications:

  • You consent to receive transactional messages
  • Message frequency varies
  • Message and data rates may apply

9. Fees and Payments

If applicable:

  • Fees will be defined in agreements with operators
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of services

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SafePark Lock, Tashi Solutions, Inc., and their affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Preventative Use Only

SafePark Lock is designed and provided as a preventative and deterrent tool only to help reduce the risk of unauthorized vehicle movement.

SafePark Lock is not a security system, insurer, or guarantee against theft, damage, loss, or unauthorized access, and should not be relied upon as the sole means of vehicle protection.

Scope of Limitation

  • Theft, loss, or damage to any vehicle or personal property
  • Unauthorized vehicle access, movement, or exit
  • Denied, delayed, or failed exit attempts
  • System outages, downtime, or service interruptions
  • Failure, delay, or inaccuracy of notifications, including SMS, email, or alerts
  • Errors in vehicle registration, identity verification, or lock enforcement
  • Financial loss, lost profits, loss of business, or operational disruption
  • Any actions or omissions by users, operators, or third parties

No-Fee Service Disclaimer

SafePark Lock is provided to parking customers at no cost. Accordingly, the Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Third-Party Dependency Disclaimer

SafePark Lock relies on third-party systems and infrastructure, including but not limited to:

  • Parking gate and access control systems
  • License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems
  • Cloud hosting services
  • Telecommunications and messaging providers

SafePark Lock does not own or control these systems and is not responsible for their availability, performance, reliability, accuracy, or failure.

No Guarantee of Service

SafePark Lock makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Parking availability
  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
  • Successful enforcement of vehicle lock restrictions
  • Delivery, accuracy, or timeliness of notifications

Maximum Liability Cap

One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($100 USD)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafePark Lock’s total cumulative liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount stated above.

Exclusion of Indirect Damages

In no event shall SafePark Lock be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Loss of data
  • Reputational harm
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

These exclusions apply even if SafePark Lock has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

User Acknowledgment

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • SafePark Lock is a preventative tool only
  • No system can fully eliminate risks associated with parking
  • The Service depends on third-party systems outside of SafePark Lock’s control
  • You remain solely responsible for the security and monitoring of your vehicle

Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, SafePark Lock’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SafePark Lock harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the platform
  • Violation of these Terms

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

  • For violations of these Terms
  • For security concerns
  • At our discretion

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
